Site builder

I do not understand my cPanel…(I already have a paid hosting account). I want to make a couple of quick websites with an easy to use site builder/html editor and publish without having to FTP.
I already tried freewebs and 50webs. The problem is the ads!
(I also have domains so no sites that require registering a domain with them)

Anyone know any free hosting that fits the bill.
No ads (banners,popunders,pop-ups) and easy publishing/building NOT cPanel.

I have had tons of fun building south park people and would like to see if there are any other custom build-a-characters out there

I’m creating a site using Perl, Mason Site Builder. My layout has a lot of dotted lines. While the dotted lines work well and are seen perfectly in Firefox as they are, in IE they completely ****. In IE, the lines sometimes are blurry, invisible, and in some parts they stick together like lines. I’ve checked my codes. I’ve checked everything. Everything is perfect on my end, it must be a browser issue (damn billy gates!) Anyone can help me? PLEASE?

Correction! I want to post a simple web site, free web hosting service which do you recommend?

I used to have suasage, they don’t respond from the site to my emails or tickes…:( it was easy and great to use, im thinking perhaps trelix, but i need it to be able to lock my stuff from theft including pictures, to be able to work midi files, and animation… I like my web sites to come alive i still have them saved (I won awards on them) ……………..any suggestions ???
