Site builder

I would like to have private pages for membership-driven access as well as certain pages that just a few select people (such as management) could access on the web to see the updates etc posted.

I have got an account at freewebs.com but i chose to get the free web builder instead of the one i had to pay for, i did this to have a website started. but now i want to get money to start a website with out the restrictions like a User name box and password to enter extra stuff on my site. im scared to start one with out having the money what should i do?
