EASY QUESTION EVERYONE ANSWER PLZ!!?


I am 15 years old nearly 16 from ireland. I am 5 foot 8 and 136 pounds (9 and half stone) . I want to get fitter than i am and gain some muscle not like a body builder( 1 protein gram per pound lol not like that) i just want to get buffer. Don’t have a credit card to buy protein whey or anything like that. There is a tesco near me but i couldnt find any protein powder anyone know whereabouts it is in there. Any ideas of any good tesco products to buy that would help. No access to a gym but i have a boxing bag and a skipping rope. My weights(dumbbells) are crappy (1.5kg,3kg and 5kg) i put 2 fives together but its hard i will get new ones. Don’t know what i can bench but i can lift about 10 kg on either hand. Any good diet ideas and products i can get from tesco? Also can you give me any good sites that would help? No short answers please, good answer for all 10 points asap. Thanks in advance! Btw today i have had: breakfast: raw egg with orange juice, iron supplement with orange juice (dont know why) and 2 slices of poppy seed wholemeal bread. Lunch: Hot chicken sandwich(brown bread) with lettuce. Dinner:Cod with potatoes, brocoli, cauliflower,peas and carrots. Snack: banana supper: don’t know yet is this a good diet and what should i add????
