Site builder

I am constantly having problems with IE6 after a botched attempt to install/uninstall 7 then reinstalled 6 3 months ago. I keep getting hangups and want to go to 7. Are there any problems with Site Builder or Site Solution that anyone knows about. I do my churches web site in Site Builder and my own in Solution.

I completely redid it. I think it looks better, but would like your feedback.

I’m using Yahoo Site Builder, have used front page in the past, but this is pretty simple and I want to keep the site basic without any whistles and bells.

The things I would like to know are these:
#1 is the site initially appealing?
#2 is it easy to understand?
#3 are the instructions easy to understand for downloading?
#4 are the terms of use easy to understand?

Also, does anyone know of a way of having the files downloaded as a file instead of having to build a web page to do it. What I want to happen, is if someone downloads a file, that the file dialog box opens and with this software, it doesn’t happen. I have to build a page for each photo.

And anything else that stands out or doesn’t.

The site is young, nowhere near what I want it to be in the future, nevertheless, getting some constructive feedback and suggestions would help.

I am wanting to post my resume online. Where is the best place to post this for everyone to see? I already have one on monster and career builder, but I want my own web page with it on it. I am looking for one that is free. Any suggestions???? Possibly one with a subdomain.

I am 15 years old nearly 16 from ireland. I am 5 foot 8 and 136 pounds (9 and half stone) . I want to get fitter than i am and gain some muscle not like a body builder( 1 protein gram per pound lol not like that) i just want to get buffer. Don’t have a credit card to buy protein whey or anything like that. There is a tesco near me but i couldnt find any protein powder anyone know whereabouts it is in there. Any ideas of any good tesco products to buy that would help. No access to a gym but i have a boxing bag and a skipping rope. My weights(dumbbells) are crappy (1.5kg,3kg and 5kg) i put 2 fives together but its hard i will get new ones. Don’t know what i can bench but i can lift about 10 kg on either hand. Any good diet ideas and products i can get from tesco? Also can you give me any good sites that would help? No short answers please, good answer for all 10 points asap. Thanks in advance! Btw today i have had: breakfast: raw egg with orange juice, iron supplement with orange juice (dont know why) and 2 slices of poppy seed wholemeal bread. Lunch: Hot chicken sandwich(brown bread) with lettuce. Dinner:Cod with potatoes, brocoli, cauliflower,peas and carrots. Snack: banana supper: don’t know yet is this a good diet and what should i add????

just downloaded upgrade. modified pages (added 4 images to 3 screens) don’t get completely published. get msg saying sitebuilder had a ‘temporary’ error - hit retry, whatever. At same time, keep getting ’server not found’ when trying to access other screens after publishing failed. Help said close firewall - which i did and retried. N.G. 2 screens okay, last screen - new picture got there but text is lost. screenbuilder still thinks the correctly updated screens need to be updated again.. they don’t but i don’t have the choice to say which screen needs to be published. what should i do? Seems like publish screws up addressability between YAHOO and everything else.

I had my windows uninstalled and reinstalled. Everything seems to be there, accept for my Yahoo Site Builder. I have tried to retrieve it. I put in the ID and password it goes to what looks like the site builder page. On the left in blue, it says I have no site. I have my webpage working, so can anyone help me get it back. I am doing construction on it for my home business. So it is very important to me….Thanks, before I have kittens! Janice

I would like to make a website for a home daycare. I’d like for it to be simple, but also with little effects like for the application I would like boxes where you can type on the website and submit the application and it gets sent to my email.

I have no HTML knowledge whatsoever. I am willing to pay max $5-10 a month to host the site.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good site that will help beginning website makers make a simple head-ache free site and then to host it for a minimal cost or none if possible.
